1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
- Welcome to the website www.monko.ca (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by LittleSweetDream corp., doing business as Monko (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”). Our registered address is 920 Kicking Horse Path, Oshawa, ON, Canada, L1J 0B4.
- These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, including our online store.
- Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or making a purchase (either as a registered user or as a guest), you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy , incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

- Product(s): Goods offered for sale in the Store, including creamed honey, non-alcoholic mead, Monko branded apparel, and other souvenir items.

- You agree not to use the Site:

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Site, or expose them to liability.

- To place an excessive load on the Site’s infrastructure, or introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- To engage in excessive order cancellations, returns, or refusals to receive products.

4. Account Registration (for Registered Users)
- If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it updated.

5. Products, Prices, and Descriptions
- We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images of Products (creamed honey, non-alcoholic mead, apparel, etc.). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other content are absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
- Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST, depending on the shipping destination province) and shipping costs, which will be calculated and added during checkout, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities and discontinue any product at any time.
6. Orders, Payment, Delivery, and Title
- Placing an order on the Site (by Registered User or Guest) constitutes your offer to purchase the specified Products.
- Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale will occur upon our shipment of the Products ordered to you.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
- Available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship across Canada. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Our return and refund policy is detailed in our Returns Policy. Please note that different terms may apply to food products (honey, mead) and apparel, in accordance with applicable laws and our rules.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by LittleSweetDream corp., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- The “Monko” name and related logos are trademarks of LittleSweetDream corp.
- You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

- Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information, which complies with Canadian legislation (including PIPEDA).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The total liability of the Company to you for all claims arising from the use of the Site or Products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim, or, whichever is greater (this clause requires careful legal review).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
