Refund and Return Policy

We take pride in crafting high-quality honey-based products with care. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on the following items unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Creamed honey (with or without additives)
  • Liquid honey (with or without additives)
  • Honey souffle
  • Non-alcoholic mead
  • Honeycombs
  • Gift boxes that contain edible items
  • Personalized greeting cards (with custom text)

     

These products are excluded from return according to food safety regulations.

Eligible Returns

We will accept a return or issue a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item by mistake
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo or video report clearly showing the issue
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number

Product Replacements

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

If the item is part of our merchandise (e.g. t-shirts, tote bags, aprons), and you wish to exchange it for another size or variant:

  • The product must be unworn and undamaged
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method (bank card)
  • Processing time: up to 5 business days after approval

Exceptions

We do not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:

  • You opened or consumed the edible product
  • You changed your mind after placing the order (for food items only)
  • You missed the 7-day contact window
